Terrible service. Told us to shut up several times because allegedly we were being too loud. Unacceptable behavior. Will not be returning to this sonic again.

I went here yesterday to get the chili cheese coney. I stay near Sonic on danieldale but ho here because they make them right. I just came 1 week ago confirming and bragging on how well Sonic on main street make their chili cheese coney. Well yesterday unfortunately the chili cheese coney had a dab of cheese amd chili on the top which was all stuck on the wrapper and no chili amd cheese. Now i dont mind paying for extra when u put the right amount the first time ....put the proper amount if u didnt i dont wannt to pay extra when u can fix it right and not throw it together. I ask for the manager. He was a hispanic guy and he was rude and unprofessional he cut me off saying look u can just paymore and walk off. This is not acceptable here in Duncanville. I know this is not what they consider management. If you cant be respectful and understand your mistake then u surely dont need the managers position. I will be reporting this to Corporate as well. Today 7/22. The date the incident occurred was yesterday 7/21/22 and Aaron was my waiter. Aaron displayed great customer service and more of a manager role than the real manager there which does not make any sense. Please remove this manager immediately. Thanks for wanting to do better. If u need receipt info let me know. Also check the review i put a week ago on the Sonic on Danieldale website about how well Sonic on main street made their chili cheese coney since the manager stated thats how they always made them. Tried to go here but all sports were taken & I found out the 1st spot was taken up by the manager or whatever she is so her car won’t be out in Sun. Why can’t the others park under the awning. I guess she’s special. I just wanted something to eat. Guess todays not a So ic day

The Mozzarella STUCKS WAS ON POINT FRESH!! Them chicken strips, DRY NASTYY SUPER WRONG FOR IT! The Grape slushie was OKAY👀 HAD BETTER from HERE oohhhh AND THE FRIES TRASH... I WAS DISAPPOINTED. BUT TUEM MOZZARELLA STICKS OH YEA💪🏿💪🏿 Parking: They had a full lot.. A lot of people was ordering..

It's an okay place to go to get a quick meal. The service was a little slow but when my order was brought out the employee was very helpful and courteous.

Got to take my son out. he enjoyed the sand in the playground. we made sure to take sand toys. The restrooms round back are clean they have 2. one for men and one for women. I like the convenience of parking in front of the playground and ordering food there too I'm glad they bring the food to us as well. Makes watching my child easier

Sonic is one of my favorite places. I love the slushes. The breakfast is delicious as well. It’s cool that they use roller skates! When you want a good footlong...this is the place. The onion rings were warm and good.

I come here all the time. They are always slow. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no veggies, so they didn't put that, but also no mayo!? Also they thought I asked for the new Ultimate chicken sandwich so I paid $2 more. And I ordered mozzarella sticks which were cold! And the ice in my drink had melted.
