I ordered a shed through Home Depot and they were the third party to drop it off. I got it dropped off while i was at work to come home to the floor frame and several other parts missing. Set up 2 different pick up dates and they showed up neither of them to come back and pick up my uncompleted shed. They are not answering me or home depot now. I was supposed to have my shed delivered so I could get it built a month ago. However my process is held up because Backyard Buildings has dropped off the wrong shed. It’s the wrong model and it’s from a whole different company! They have disregarded my calls and the 1st party carrier I bought it from as well. Misty was so great and helped us find a great buy for our shed that we are turning into a chicken coop. We didn't want to spend a whole lot of money so she helped us find one that was a "practice" model from a new hire. There are some minor imperfections but this is going to make an amazing chicken home for our chickens! I couldn't make it out to their shop so she sent me photos to pick one. We originally got their contact from their sheds on display at Lowes. Misty was able to help us find a guy to help deliver the shed also. Thank you so much!

Do not buy from this company! They moved my install date out 3 times, then the installer brought the wrong set. They installed MY set at someone else's house. Can't even reach a real person at corporate.. they say "leave a message". Come on.. this was ordered May 8 and I was assured it was in plenty of time for a 3 year-old's birthday. Now there is no way. I will cancel if they will ever call me back. Otherwise I'll contest the credit card charge. I doubt they will let this comment stay up long, if at all. RUN AWAY!!!
