Very unpleasant experience. They messed up my booking, and went on blaming it on me. After the confusion, the stylist gave me a half fast lash tint with more tint around my eyes than on the lashes. She kept saying she could have done this during the rest of the treatment, and being very rude about having another client coming in, blaming the delay on me. Tint on the lashes stayed on for approximately 2 minutes, which will not give a lasting result. Would not reccomend this salon to anyone looking for a friendly or polite appointment. I would not recommend going here to get your lashes done. I went to get my lashes done for the first time yesterday. I asked for a very natural looking classic set. My lash specialist in the room was very unprofessional and didn’t consult me very long. After the appointment she was shocked that I was a first time guest and then proceeded to go over a few steps with me. Right after getting my lashes done I figured I was not used to this new volume of lashes. I paid a little over $100 for the set and went home for the day. The next few hours went by and my lashes became very itchy and uncomfortable. Every time I would gently tap my lashes there was a shock of pain from my real lashes. This continued to get worse and worse. The next morning I immediately called to get a lash removal. I asked if I was able to get a refund do to the poor experience and the discomfort I was feeling. The front desk told me I was only able to get my lash removal complimentary. I arrive at my appointment and was then taken back into my lash studio. The lash tech I had to get my lashes removed barley said anything to me. Being my first time getting my lashes on/removed, I figured I would get more of an explanation. I sat there while I got my lashes removed while she applied the chemical. She told me not to open my eyes due to the chemical she was about the apply. This could cause the eyes to burn. After she peeled the tape off of my face she instantly said I needed to rinse my face off with water in the bathroom. I asked if I was allowed to open my eyes. She said yes. I then told her I could not see because of how much left over chemical was in my eye. She said “that’s why I told you to rinse your face off”. I made my way down the hallway barley able to see through my eyes. I repeatedly rinsed my eyes off. After I made my way back to the room, I asked if the service was done. She said yes. I told her that there was a lot of white crusty stuff all over my eyes still. She told me that was remaining chemical on my eyes and that it was “my job” to get it off. Upset and confused, I made my way to the front desk where I had to explain that the manager told me that my services were covered today. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a service industry. I lost a ton of natural lashes and my eyes are still hurting from the chemical. The customer service was god awful and they obviously don’t care about their customers well being. Why is it the customers job to take off eyelash chemical? I do not recommend going to this lash studio whatsoever. Service: Eyelash extensions

Eyelashes came out perfect and beautiful. The stylist teresa was extremely friendly and fast and good. The receptionist at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend teresa. She is wonderful. She exceeds expectations

I went and got a classic set of eyelashes done at this place, and not even a week later nearly all of my lashes have fallen out! (They started to look bad after a few days) I don’t if they use cheap glue or what but my lashes just did not want to stay on my eye. I called back a couple a days after my appointment and their only suggestion was to spend more money to get them refilled. Don’t recommend this place.

Girls are nice here, but dont waste your money. Read the other reviews. I’m really disappointed with the way my lashes were “lifted”. I wasted $100 bucks to have my lashes look exactly like they did before. I was told “it could be because your natural lashes aren’t long”. I told them I have done the lash lift before and it’s worked really well every time. I don’t know if the products they use are cheap but will be going back to Flawless Skin Lounge!

I have always had great experiences with the front desk team and the stylists. When the new 3D and 6D Volume came out- I couldn't wait to try--- WOW!!!! I never thought I could have lashes like this! I will always come here and will always do the Volume lashes- They are so light that I can barely tell I am wearing them other than how great they look and the constant compliments I receive daily!

Let me first say the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star is because the women at the front desk are super friendly and nice! I got my eyelashes done about a week ago they were doing such a nice thing for the people of santa fe. But as I was getting them done the man got more glue in my eye then he got on my lashes! There was so much glue on my lashes that they were as hard as a rock. After the 48 hour wait which felt like it took a year, I brushed them off and they felt a little better till the next morning when all my lashes started to fall out I now have to walk around like this for months for these to grow back so upset and will never in my life do my lashes again! UPDATE: Owner never call or even tryed to reach out to me!
