They always close their store before 11:30pm , though the closing time is 12am. Even the outdoor notice also shows the closing time 12am. If any customer who goes to the BURLINGTON for some important shopping within (11 or 11:30 )pm, the BURLINGTON employees do not open their door for that customers! I recently went there at (11:15-11:20)pm for a quick shopping , but they do not open the entrance door. I requested them a lot to give me (5-10 ) mins but they didn’t open the door even though the actual time to close the BURLINGTON (North Richland Hills) was 12am.

This is the worst Burlington I have ever gone to. They closes their door way before their closing times. I went there 4 times in two weeks, and they closed their door before 11.30pm in three different occasions. The manager & the employees doesn't care if anyone standing outside to get entry. If you are closing at 11.30pm, then why don't you update your store hours on Google? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Burlington store. I hope the corporate notices this and take action against those employees who want to go home early by closing the store before 12am.

They don’t care for theirs sales and customer service. Most of the time they close the store earlier. I generally love shopping in BURLINGTON. But the (North RichLand Hills- BURLINGTON) didn’t meet my expectation !

Burlington Coat Factory 🏭 is the GOAT. They have an endless selection of more than affordable items. You can always find buried treasure there. Although plan to spend on average 5-15 minutes in line. The workers are polite and swift but there's so many people there. They still get five stars

This place is awesome. If you like name brand purses ladies say a much lower price you will find out here and the workers are always friendly and very helpful. The have lots of clothes I have bought shoes, close, house ware and lots of stuff for my grandbabies.

My friend was buying a pair of shorts missing a price tag and an employee, Frank, patiently looked for the price among other items and when it was inadvertently rang up incorrectly, Frank, despite working the floor, went to the registers and correctly rang up the item. He was patient and kind and never once made my friend and I feel like an inconvenience. Overall selection in store was okay but customer service was terrific. Thank you Frank :)

I found items I was looking for and then some. Unfortunately., I had to wait in line for a hour and a half due to the store being short staff. But it's not their fault. I wish customers would put items back where they belong instead of putting them on the floor. Your making it hard for staff to be 🙂

This was the woman’s bathroom in this store and this is is absolutely uncalled for. The store manager was not a very kind individual either and appeared to be having a bad day. There is no excuse for any of this. She even refused to pull up my store credit card even though I had an id and a receipt. I drove out of my way here and complied with her but she was very threatening and demeaning and would not help with a return and she even had the audacity to tell me to take the return back to where I purchased it from.
