I order a low e glass like a month ago. They told me that i was going to receive them in 3 to 4 weeks and still havent receive them. I call rolando because he place the order and in result he told me that out of 3 glass only 2 had been ship and that out of 3 weeks they were going to take like more than 5 more weeks. The think is that i was going to order from glass doctor from mcallen but i needed them asap beacuse my house insuranse cancel me becuase of the broken windows an now rolando just tells me that he is sorry for me to go and pick up the money. Thats terrible service that now i have to order again with somebody else and wait another month.
