Lids and cups were not stocked. The guy behind the counter put HIS OWN PHONE NUMBER in when it asked for your number for rewards purposes! Then rolls his eyes when we spoke up and had him redo the transaction. We also had a coupon for a free coffee he did not allow us to use it.

They don't keep fresh coffee, available coffee tastes extremely cold & stale. The male bathroom doesn't have soap & hands sanitizer. Their edible food section looks very dirty l wouldn't want to buy sandwiches or doggies in that place

Avoid this gas pumps if you're in a hurry. Their computer system freezes up and you end up waiting 5-10 minutes until it's back on. It's a regular problem according to the clerk.

Extremely rude clerk (young lady with purple hair). Refused me service. Kept helping people in line who came in to the store after me, and would not help me with my order.

I was very disappointed when I purchased two slurpees from this location and they did not have any straws, except the stirring straws for coffee. It is the middle of summer in Texas and they were out of straws for drinks or slurpees. That should not be possible. The gentleman behind the counter searched in the cabinets and looked all over for me to find some, but there were none. He said that he had placed an order for the drinking and slurpee straws but received only the coffee stirring straws, so had none to provide to his customers. Yes, I am a bit picky about my slurpees. If you look back at my history, you know that I buy quite a few. My family loves them, and honestly, you get quite a bit of my gasoline purchases because it is convenient for me to stop and get a slurpee at the same time that I stop for gas. Please note: this is not the only location that has run out of slurpee straws, but it is the first time that the location was out of all drinking straws. May seem a small thing, but you should be able to do better.

Y’ALL BE CAREFUL USE CASH ONLY. I got gas here & used my credit card. The pump was acting funny as in it was taking forever to read my card & then it wouldn’t cancel. When I finally got it to cancel, I went to another pump to fill up. A few days later, I get a message from my bank asking me to verify a couple of transactions that were made at a random gas station in Justin, TX. I try not to use my cc a lot so that’s how I’ve narrowed down my suspicions. This 7/11 was the last place I used that card before this happened. On top of that, my boyfriend has had the same thing happen to him MULTIPLE times. This gas station is what all of them have in common. I noticed that someone else posted that the same thing happened to him. Someone needs to look into this issue at this point it’s ridiculous. I will drive out of my way on fumes before ever getting gas here again.

I came into the store late at night to pick up a few energy drinks for the morning and as a drive up I see that one of the employees (I assume the manager) doesn't have his mask on, I was going to grab a bite to eat but since the guy who would handle it WASNT WEARING HIS MASK, I decided against it. I walked in, no greeting which I get, it's late. He and another employee are having a conversation. I pick my items and go to the front counter, they continue the conversation for a few minutes and then the masked one goes to mess with stuff in the aisles and the non masked one turns to handle the food in the displays. I wait for a few more minutes to check out and they didn't acknowledge me at all. I just decided to leave. No mask and no manners. They only went to check me out after I left and made the door jingle.
