Place is a mess at the moment. Under construction. Some employees are friendly. Others are have no customer service. Needed the air and the air chuck is broken. Widow washing buckets are no good. Employees don’t seem to be to happy with their jobs. Only people to blame is management. The gentleman that helps fill the propane was friendly and great help. I bumped my star up by one because a man named Juliann. Hardest working person there. Willing to go beyond his job and pay. Very helpful

No Ice, the bathrooms were closed so had to use the temporary restrooms, which were of course not maintained. Bathrooms were full the the brim with fecal and urine. Not a place to bring your kids, let alone eat food.

The dont allow cars to pull over and rest for more than a hour. They will put tow stickers on your van, they would rather you fall asleep at the will before stopping there. There showers are nasty, all there trash is over flowing, the whole place is ran down! Dont stop here find a better loves!

Another trash Love’s. Tire blew same day less than 200 miles and told to stop here that I’ll get it replaced. Only one here & still takes 4hrs. Then have me charged for labor & tire disposal. Love’s is garbage. Pumps don’t work etc. bad service here, avoid this waste of time.

Stopped here on the way back from Mexico and my personal experience was not pleasant. The cashier named Tony was very rude. Plus the mens restroom was under construction.

My experience at this store was by far worst experience I've ever experienced in a loves travel center. I waited over 2 hours to get a shower.an when I went to check to see how many showers they had I was met by a group of loves employees who work in that area asking me what am I doing around the showers an do I have authorization back there. Excuse me im a paying customer who spend $1500 a week in gas alone an also been waiting on a shower for entirely too long. As they went on trying to be little me by using choices of words I care not to say..An if that wasn't enough they called the police on me at 11 o clock at night a said I was a unruly customer. An I had know issue with leaving an taking my money elsewhere. I ask for my refund an they told I'm not getting it because they are refusing me service..I didn't know loves had a policy to refuse a customer there money if they refuse Service..so after the police arrived I explained to him everything an he made them issue me a refund. So a complete waste of time calling the police cause you refuse to give me my money after poor customer service. No problem I won't be spending anymore money with Loves. Because their employees don't know anything about love.

The one star is for efficiency.....I take a shower everyday here and they fold towels and talk away while drivers just stand around for over an hour for a shower. They literally just replace towels that's it. They do not wash the showers or wipe down the counter or toilets.....how long can replacing towels take?????

Called the store to inquire about their availability to fill propane tanks. They said of course. Drove right over with two tanks and pushed the button and they said someone would be right over. I then heard over the speaker I just talked in to, that a gentleman was going on a road call. I saw a Loves truck drive by me on Fischer Rd. Several minutes later Tony Vasquez, who was very polite, said they did not have anyone to fill the tanks. Come on road call guy…five minutes to fill a couple tanks. I thought this was going to be great service. I’ll try one more time in the future Mr. Vasquez.

The truck shower #2 today at 10 am was filthy. Shard spots still in toilet, bug on floor, hair everywhere as if it hadn’t been sweep in days. Please see pics

Terrible location, filthy, understaffed. Garbage cans (all of them) overflowing, fuel islands with little to no windshield cleaner in buckets, most of squeegees missing or f'd up and diesel and oil everywhere. Like others mentioned the entire parking area smells like a urinal. Only one lady working at 21:00, sweet tea empty, inside store floors were about as dirty as outside. Wish along with the heart for favoriting a location there was a vomit emoji for stores like this one to remind me to NOT stop here
