The lady that cut my hair, was fantastic. The lady that cut my son's hair, not so much. My son is 14 and capable enough to tell a stylist what he wants, this lady did not listen to him and she left his hair to long, longer than he wanted. He isn't the confrontational type so he didn't say anything until we got home. I took him back and they had another lady cut his hair the way he wanted it. And the entire time the lady that cut his hair originally was giving him a death stare. She is lucky I didn't see this happening because I am the confrontational type. We will not be going back anytime soon if ever.

I have been to many salons and other hair establishments but the staff here know their stuff. It is an easy process to check in online- you can even watch the wait time if you want. I get my undercut done and I barely have to give instructions since they keep a detailed note on file with how clients like their hair done. It's great not feeling like a broken record or just dollar signs.
