I was able to find the fish medication I needed, and the price wasn't awful. Just wish they paid better attention to their fish. Every tank was over crowded and the fish had signs of severe stress and many had fin rot. If you can't find it anywhere else, this place has good stock on equipment and chemicals, but for livestock just go with smaller local-owned places. They tend to take much better care of the animals.

Good selection of treats and toys and cute grooming products. Got some things for a doggie self-care gift. :) Really cute Halloween and fall stuff right now. Wish I could buy it all. Prices are not ideal but inflation is an issue everywhere. Bonus points for a clean public restroom!

Waited for 15 minutes for staff to help get me crickets. They helped people that came after me first. When I got them on my own, the staff got way mad at me. Maybe help me next time and we won't have a problem.

This is for the fish department and management. They are absolutely amazing. Of course they are knowledgeable and have a great selection but their customer service is just incredible. I bought some Tetras for my 10 gallon tank. For those who don't know you isolate them in a separate tank to medicate and observe them before introducing them to your main tank. The day after I had introduced them to my main tank they displayed late stage parasites (aka white spots). Having been in my main tank for over 12 hours it was for sure infected. I returned the Tetras and got a full refund. But sadly, my beta fish ended up getting fin rot and dying despite my efforts to treat him. After calling and explaining this to the staff they agreed to help me replace my beta. Which is so far and beyond what they have to do but I truly appreciate it. This fish was my pride and joy so it was a big loss for me and they have been very kind and understanding throughout this whole process. Big thanks to Jeremy and the whole fish department for making this difficult time a little easier.

They vet tech working in Pet Smart was extremely rude. I have a prescription for my dogs food. When I could find it down the regular Science Diet. I went to the desk to ask her where it was. I told her I had a prescription and she was immediately rude saying I don't work for Pet Smart. I said it's prescription, again said, I don't work for Pet Smart. Then in a huff she pointed to the shelves below her saying that's where prescription food is kept. Absolutely the rudest person. I will never use their services for my dogs needs.

I've been coming here for a couple years now for my nephew Chuck (short for Chuckothy) The friendly cashiers, cleanliness, and atmosphere have always been to my personal standard. Never encountered stock/inventory issues.

This morning when I dropped off my dog at Petsmart in American Fork, I left the store hoping to return home with a nice and beautiful well groomed pet instead they returned our pet not even half way done as you can see in these pictures. I have no words to even describe what they have done to our pet. The groomer Paige has done a very unprofessional job. I do not recommend this groomer at all.

This store has just about everything you could ever imagine for your pet. We have a dog named Azure and a cat named Lucius that love this place. Of course, for Lucius it’s hearsay, but still. Both of them get a lot of nutrition, exercise, safety, and joy from PetSmart—which makes us happy!
