So much for being open 24 hours. The doors are locked yet someone is clearly here. Super irritating when I just needed some freakin ice water. I’m 9 months pregnant and can’t even keep myself hydrated because some employee is probably getting their rocks off in the bathroom. Waited 20 minutes with no movement in sight. Maybe they should reconsider who they hire here.

This is the worst maverick in the area. I come in at 6:30a and no food is ready or being prepped, no one at the register. I come in at 10:30a, No food is ready again, and both coffee machines read. "Empty coffee grounds" Nobody at this store cares. Do Not Come here.

Normally they are really nice, but the lady that "helped" me, was very rude and condescending. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Victoria is the absolute best. Her and her coworker are just so sweet and kind. They want to make sure you are taken care of to the best of their abilities. Probably the sweetest people working at a maverick I've ever had the pleasure of meeting

We keep trying to get breakfast here, but the kitchen never knows how to make the recipes. Today we tried AGAIN to get breakfast nachos. There were no burnt ends, or ground beef so our options were sausage, bacon,or steak. Already disappointed. Then.... NONE of the food was prepared in the hot table, he proceeded to take ingredients to the customer microwave and heat up each ingredient, then used the yellow nacho cheese. They were barely room temp, the beans were cold. It is embarrassing that level of service at a a BRAND NEW store!

I went into this maverick about 5 days ago and bought a raspberry roll and it was not cooked all the way through I figured you know it was just a one time thing. But no I went in again about 15 minutes ago and bought a chocolate chip muffin mind you both bonfire items and again it was not cooked all the way through. Y'all need to figure something out before your customers get sick. I for one will not be buying bonfire items from this maverick ever again.

I came in this afternoon to get my son & I a drink. Brandon was working, he asked me 2 times if my sons drink was new or a refill, I responded new both times. He then yelled it, IS IT NEW OR A REFILL! So, I yelled IT’S NEW! I put my card in & he yelled at me to remove my card! I left the store by saying that Holiday is better & honestly it is, I’ll never ever bring my business back to this location & I’ll make sure to let everyone I know know as well! Brandon, you should not be working with the public if you don’t know how to be kind.

Coffee has really gone down hill since they put in the fancy machine. All Mavericks used to have the best coffee😒. Bring back the perculated coffee!!

Bathroom was disgusting and the cashier was very rude. Got a couple drinks and gas and for some reason their machine declined my card they told me to take my drinks and get out. I am a regular customer to maverik stores and I have never been treated like I was scum till today

Staff is always so friendly! And the soft drinks are always hit the spot. This is my go to gas station near Jordan Landing.
