Customer service is not their strong point! I went in to exchange my phone at 5 pm. When I walked in there were people waiting so I asked if the one employee was working alone and if all of these people are waiting. I was told there are others put back that he will go out and get. After he finished eating on a customer for 15 minutes, He needed a reminder to go get help he went out to ask them to come out and at 5:40 no employees had come out to wait on anyone. The customer service here is ridiculous and I can hear them in the back room doing god know what that seems to be more important than waiting on customers. They should really start making appointments for people

Second time I've had to come here for something. Despite the wait, the team was super friendly, educated me on the new technologies (which is a plus for me, cause I'm a bit of a nerd), and got my phone back up and running within a half hour. A+ customer service! Highly recommend coming here, as it's much faster than dealing with chat or calling AT&T directly!

This place screwed us over. Overcharged us and were not helpful. They have been flagged for duplicitous stuff by corporate. They are franchise. Beware!!

Called this store Friday evening and spoke with Kaity, asked if they had any IPhone 13 mini in stock for my husband . She told me she had plenty and told me the store hours for Saturday. Drove over a hour on Saturday and come to find out the store had 1 only and it was pink. I understand sales rep want to make sales but do not Lie to customers. That’s bad for business.

Don't go to this store if there are downloads that need to be done! I purchased a new phone and there was a needed IOS update. In the store it said it would take 6 hours! I took it home and it took 5 minutes! I feel sorry for the staff and the customers that AT&T doesn't have or doesn't move this store to a place with better connections!

I recently switched from straight talk to AT&T. I bought a new phone and the people, especially Alex who works there at AT&T located at Hannaford Square in Bennington Vermont made my experience an easy transition. Alex got all my information stored in my old phone to my new phone effortlessly according to him. I have tried to do all that in the past anyone who has tried to achieve that task knows how difficult it can be. Everyone there was great and if anyone is thinking about a new phone or transferring to a better company that will be there for years to come, go to AT&T you won,t regret it! Everything is working great 👍.

Son wanted to start services and buy a phone but was directed somewhere else to get service and the phone. Now my son has paid over $100.00 more when the store had a deal for the exact thing he was directed somewhere else to buy. We still had to go back to the store to have the new line setup after being directed elsewhere to begin with and pay more along with another service card. Good to know they like to, for all intents and purposes steal from a 15 year old and that they do nothing to help make it right. Would not recommend this store drive the distance to an actual corporate store.
