Kate Graves has been a bodywork therapist for over 30 years, with a strong background in clinical Western approaches (sports massage, deep tissue, myo-fascial, lymph drainage, PNF), Asian modalities (acupressure, so-tai, shiatsu, Jin Shin Do, Thai-Yoga Bodywork) and energy work (Brennan Healing Science). Kate has taught experiential anatomy using the Zahourek method of clay-building, and was on the faculty of the Community College of Vermont's Associate Degree Program in Massage Therapy and of the Universal Institute of Healing Arts.

Nestled in Moscow just south of Stowe, this wonderful, quiet sanctuary sits in a reconstructed barn at the mouth of the village. The walk up to the studio is lovely, and the studio and massage room is clean and spacious, with wonderful light. I had an hour of deep tissue with energy work and sound healing, and I was refreshed and energized at the end of the treatment. The office is a lovely space, connecting to the Yoga Center which is a private, carpeted studio attached to the treatment room. I highly recommend an hour (or an hour and a half) with Kate. Time well spent.

Kate is an incredible massage therapist. She explains her rationale for why she works on certain areas which is so helpful. Also, her yoga classes are a perfect blend of strength building and stretching in a peaceful,restorative setting.
