I like this location because I can shop at several places at once, but there’s one employee who has been consistently rude to me, including making comments about how annoying it is to scan my purchases. I actively avoid this store now and go to Falls Church instead.

Unfortunately, I bought a glue gun and sticks for the first time use, and upon using, I realized that it was getting so hot, I had to return it, problem is, my receipt was missing. I had every proof to show that I bought there, including a credit card statement, but nothing. I guess that’s the last time I’m setting foot to this place.

- staff were friendly and helpful. - place was clean and organized. - have a big selection of crafts supplies and other things. - as of right now they are putting out Halloween stuff. - plenty of parking in the area. - prices normal. - overall not a bad experience, I'd recommend this location.

My favorite craft store around! I like using their app to get more deals. It makes it really easy to checkout with coupons too. I have never had issues with returns here. Store associates are nice and store is clean.

I had a really great experience at this store, most specifically with the help of Harry, a lovely, tall employee who not only assisted me with a warm smile and friendly presence, but also guided me to a deeper search in my Michaels app for deals on canvas I had not known to look for. Thanks to Harry, I was able to scoop up three 36x48 thick frame canvases for the price of one. Those large blank canvases make me smile whenever I look at them. Today's the day one of them gets going. The only negative was that stock of Golden fluid acrylics and canvases was a bit low, but the Alexandria store itself was clean and well-organized. The check out staff was patient with my pile of partially used pre-Pandemic gift cards. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking, several others stores and eateries in the same shopping area and easy access to freeway.

I called to get verification on a delivery order. The sales associate told me that she didn't understand what I was saying and she would get the manager. The manager never came to the phone and I hung up. In this day and age, customer service can make or break your business.

Store manager is racist. Some lady came and said the most racist remarks to 2 women of color and the owner heard, stood back and did absolutely nothing. Police were called and owner got very defensive and did not cooperate to allow them to make a complaint.
