I don't know where to begin.... Some days they are okay. Then others it's just not even decent. After waiting for over 30 minutes for a cheese hot and ready pizza.... Not hot and ready obviously. Then they blame it on low staffing.

How does my workplace/ business order over 150$ worth of Food, including multiple sides (crazy bread, Italian bread) AND NOT RECEIVE ONE CUP OF SAUCE?!? 🤔 😑 😐 YOU HAVE TO PAY SEPARATELY? Are You Kidding Me? Pizza was good, but all the breads and sides were DRY as we received not even ONE CUP OF PIZZA/RED SAUCE. This is a first for me!

Ordered stuffed crust and got a plain pizza from the warmer. Difference of $5 there. Also ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni, pizza has 2 pepperoni per slice. Why are you letting customers pay for the same thing they could get for half the cost??

kept telling us 5 minutes after driving in and out of the drive thru 5 times that 5 minutes it's in the oven now turned into about 50 minutes before that pizza was done. So by their standards it takes about an hour for the pizza to fully cook. Lies and and unprofessional environment. If you want pizza in Marion try Pizza Perfect or just grab a lunchable this place is a joke.

They don't even deserve one star was the worst experience I've had there was told one cheese pizza would take 25 mins gave me a buzzer thing and said to wait well we waited over a hour then went back threw drive thru the so called manger Bobbie is very rude and wanted to argue it's their fault they messed up not mine you definitely need new management or shut it down I will never go back

Front door was locked during business hours, without a sign saying anything about it. Drive thru is really narrow and difficult to get into.

Don't understand the point of ordering online, having to wait 20 minutes for a made-to-order, just to get food from the warmer rather than a fresh one I waited 20 minutes for?? Cheese was close to room temp and bread was tough and chewy...

Don't order doordash from this place, they'll mess your order up every time. I've ordered from them twice in the last few days and my order has been wrong, today I ordered a Deep Dish pizza and got a stuffed crust with pepperoni, sausage, and ham, not even remotely close to a deep dish not to mention I can't eat sausage. First time they messed it up they gave me my food stone cold and left my 2 liter out.

I have to say I went through the drive thru tonight at 7:30 or so. That was absolutely the best pizza I have ever ate there. The crust was yummy, and the cheese was perfect. Whatever y’all did or whoever made the pizza’s tonight, keep doing what you are doing ❤️

Ordered a classic with garlic butter on the side. Well got the order and ask about my garlic butter on the side and was informed that they put it on the crust. My response was I ask for it on the side and his response was its the same thing. Well my first mistake was not refusing an Incorrect order and just heading home. But the closer I got home the more upset I got , so I turned around and went back and handed it back to him and informed him he needed at least try to fix an order the way it was ordered and not what he thought it should be. And no the garlic butter on the crust is not the same as on the side as a dip. Also needless to say, I paid for something I didn't order and won't go back again. Such a shame and he didn't even seem to care.
