After checking the website it said what I needed was in stocks but when my wife arrived to pick it up she was told it was not available. So why not take it off the website,gas is far too expensive to be wasted on trips like that.told

Today I called asking if someone can help my wife with picking out refrigerant for one of my vehicles AC unit. First I was told they weren't permitted to but the gentleman stated he would point to what she needed. When my wife arrived she was met with attitude as what appeared to be her bothering the clerk. ( I was on the phone) I explained what she needed on speaker phone and she had the right item. The price was marked on the shelf as price " A" and rang up as a higher price. Of course my wife asked would they honor the advertised price ? The clerk, rudely said no and do you want it. He explained that they are under new management and wasn't gonna do anything. Not couldn't, not - let me check, but straight out this is the correct price , do you want it. Usually I would have walked out and went to advance but she was there and I needed the item. What I can promise is, the seven vehicles that I and my kids purchase oil , brakes and additional items for, will never again be purchased from O'Reilly. The issue isn't the 7 to 10 dollars that was above the advertised price, but the lack of customer service received at this store.

This store is always clean and organized. Always have what I needed and quick turn around if it's got to be ordered. The staff has always been knowledgeable and polite. Easily my new favorite parts store in Dinwiddie.

I received the worst customer service ever today, from a gentleman by the name of Martini. He had no interest in assisting me, as I basically had to beg him to come outside and check the battery in my daughter’s car. He was sarcastic the entire time he was assisting me, and commented several times that my daughter’s boyfriend, who was in the passenger seat, could do the work. After the 2nd time of him making that comment, I told him to unhook the machine from my daughter’s car, told him he could keep the windshield wipers that I had also picked out to purchase as well, and I went down to Advance Auto and spent my $200. He is a horrible representative for this company, as I will never step foot in this store ever again!
