I waited 30 mins for the 5.99 deal. They wanted to charge me 13.99. When I asked why, she said the taxes had gone up. I said $7.00 for a $6.00 order? Wow!

First time my wife and myself have ever used the Dominos online order app. Everything went so super easily...(very excited and surprised, especially since we've never tried online ordering. We've always just simply called the restaurant and placed the delivery order) as I said everything was easy walk thru, simple, self explanatory. Very pleased. Even the online tracker was very specific, precise, accurate and timely. 'Almost perfect' (again...ALMOST... To Good to be true) the delivery driver Brooke was awesome, friendly, fast delivery, presentation of herself was great, even called 1 minute before to make sure address was correct, she was smiling, patient, awesome attitude. After I paid cash and tipped her, she left, I took food inside, checked my order. THERE it was (the too good to be true part) my medium hand tossed ultimate pepperoni and cheese pizza was burnt crust and Pepperoni's, & my 8 CT. Cinnamon twist was very poorly made 3 or 4 were (maybe of accurate or actual size). and the other approximate 4 were hard and barely 1 inch in size total. I tried the online approach to reach out, NO success. So I googled the particular store and a nice young lady named Tina answered my call, heard my situation out and was 100% awesome, friendly, polite, respectful, curtious, & handled my order and complaint like a 100% true professional responsible business woman. She apologized I know 10 times, re submitted my order, added a 2 liter for their apologies and told us to keep the first order and the second time it's complimentary and on its way. I took pictures of the first order and the corrected second order. I give 5 stars to Dominos of Ridgeway VA and their super awesome employees. True valued teamwork and business. I will do business here again and highly recommend them as well. Thanks so much. Happy & safe 4thof july

We have eaten here many times since they opened, and the food and service has always been excellent! We picked up a pizza on 8/31/20 and a driver going out for a delivery stopped at our car to tell us our order was almost ready. We have no complaints!

Great pizza, great location, clean, nice professional staff and accurate orders. Only got 3 stars due to the fact I just called to order 1 pizza at 1130pm on Saturday night and she told me that I was too late to call in a carry out order...for real? What happened to 1am? People still want cheesy dough discs and midnight! Feed me Seymour!

VERY disappointed. I am a pizza lover. I possibly get dominos twice a week on average. I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of pizza for my family, took my pizza and went to the grocery store. I'm not sure if it was dominos or someone at the foodlion but clearly someone tampered with my pizza. I am extremely scared to eat it so I attempted to call and get the pizza replaced and was refused with an attitude. Thank you google for allowing me somewhere to express my concern
