Horrendous. Avoided this location after low quality pizza and long delivery 6 months ago but decided to try again. Even worse experience. My order arrived 2 hours after being placed (I live 3 miles away). I had to call the store three times. The person answering offered no apologies and his method for saying goodbye was to simply hang up when he felt the conversation was done. When at 1 hr 45 min I finally asked for a refund and a cancelation, I was put on hold ostensibly so the person answering could call the driver. 5 min on hold and I hung up and called back. I was met with annoyance and as if I should have known that my order was just then delivered (at the 2 hr mark), despite the driver not knocking or ringing the doorbell. Pizzas were cold and drinks were warm. No apologies and they apparently ignore any attempt to cancel an order for a refund. Garbage employees that even if they are facing a shortage in labor--can do better.

Terrible! And Customer care is clearly unimportant. Sad, we've use them for years but never again. Order same order every other week for more than 10 years. Sent a pizza with the wrong stuff on it. Could not talk to them on the phone. Drove 7 miles and they were totally unhelpful. "That's what you ordered!". They clearly did not hear the "only" in the conversation. I don't know who's fault it is but with a loyal customer who's drive down to talk to you about it I expected a little more. Also, the 2nd pizza was so greasy, the underlying crust vanished. Only able to eat with a fork. (While if you brought that one back...) The hungry person at home used a fork, then gave up and I drove to a fast food restaurant. Then Customer Care number is invalid. The automated bot is joke. Worthless and I am not giving them my email address. I did not contact them by email, they DO NOT NEED IT! NEVER AGAIN! If you have stock in Domino's, get out fast. I'm reduced to complaining about it on Google Maps. Sad, very sad!

Do not bother with this location unless you enjoy being charged nearly 30 dollars for a cold, burnt pizza. Especially don't order delievery since it takes them close to two hours to drive 15 minutes away. If you want pizza, dive into Ruckersville and get papa johns or little caesers.

This location is usually great when you catch them open. We used to order quite a but from them but have been forced to drive to the next nearest location due to strange hours or not answering the phone.

The pan pizza is always a hit and super cheesy! Everything we get is delicious. The delivery drivers have always been nice and prompt from this location. And best of all cheaper than other pizza places around.

It was 9pm when I tried to place an order for store pickup and apparently they're "closed." The store hours (which were just updated a week ago) state that they close at 12am. It seems to be an ongoing issue for this store's employees to get lazy and decide to close hours before actual closing times. They've pulled this trick a lot in the past few years. On top of this, the food is hit or miss and most of the time a miss. Very scarce on the cheese and toppings.

So I called the wrong dominos at first and that young lady was sooooo nice. I was quite surprised because at first when u gave her my address she sounded like she was irritated that I called the wrong one. Then when I went to go ask for the number she was cool. I have to note that I'm pretty sure we were both a little annoyed in and at the moment..you know😏 when you realize you've got it wrong and your going to have to make another call, and I'm sure she's getting close to the end of her shift and has a lot of ppl calling only to find out it's the wrong one and I'm certain that not every single that calls in are going to go out of there way to be polite, much less polite in any form. Anyways, she was pretty darn nice as soon as we cleared it all up and as I was being extra polite to her. (Obviously your going to get what your giving out. We're all human after all) So on to the task at hand, so to speak😏😊. This Domino's I ordered from in standardsville, VA WAS ON POINT! Very poor, cool and kind when they answered and took my order. The gentleman was very helpful from the start! I had a really cheap budget and not only did he go out of his way to make sure I got the most for my buck but, let's be honest here lol, the price for the deal : I got a medium cheese pizza w/a two more topping option AND breadsticks all for 16.00$!! AND THE CHERRY ON THE ICING on THIS VERY DELICIOUS CAKE WAS THE FACT THAT NOT MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATER THEY WERE AT MY DOOR WITH HOT, GREAT TASTING FOOD!! Honestly I don't even think it was twenty minutes, I swear it was more like twelve minutes! The delivery guy was a champ! Very polite and laid back and, as I noted earlier, I've been working on a very cheap budget so when I gave him the tip I asked if that was enough and that I was sorry but I was working on a really really low budget and of course he was so cool about it. Gosh I wish I had gotten his babe and the guy answering the phone so I could make sure they get there very due credit. Idk if this will help but it is Friday, April 30th at 9:12 pm standardsville, va Domino's. THE ROCK! GREAT JOB GUYS THANKS FOR MAKING MY NIGHT THAT MUCH HAPPIER LOL.
