It Arby's. Thus location staff does it's best but they are always understaffed. More and ownerships problem than the employees. Be patient they are trying. Other fast food restaurants in the same two block area don't seem to have a problem getting employees and operating normal hours in the drive thru and dine in.

No shake machine- for over a month. The lady taking the order is obviously very bothered by customers, she wasn’t very polite. My office use to order lunch here pretty frequently but over the last few months the restaurant quality has had a downward slide. I hope it gets better soon or at least they get a shake machine again. I’ll deal with a cranky customer service employee if we can get a milkshake. 😜

Went through the drive through. After I got down the road and realized they did not put the fries in. I checked the receipt and saw them on it and returned to get them. But they never Apologized, and looked at me like I was ripping them off. Didn't leave there feeling good about my visit

It must have been a horrible day for kitchen staff. Mozz sticks were very undercooked and doughy. No marinara, even though told in bag. Ordered large fry, got small. Au juis was so thick more of a gravy. The cookies were super tasty though

On lunch decided on arbys ordered took a very long time and I ordered a small curly fries for $3 that was not included in my order has happened before. Check your order at the window I'm just out 1/3 of my order and feel like I threw away $3

Arrived at 640pm. Recording in drive thru says they are closed. Lights on and workers inside. Not sure what is happening with this store, but hours online and on the posted signs say 7pm close. Burger King across the road was open and got business

Thin roast beef! Some places don't sharpen their slicers or just cut you thick in general but this place is super thin!! Loved it

So I asked for some jalapenos in my sandwich. Wasn't expecting it to be finely diced and seared on a cook top. Spectacular!
