This place deserves no Stars I had to put one star just because google wont let you post it without a star. One of the worst place to waste your hard earned money, you are better off washing your clothes at home by hand if you want to save yourself a bad experience. This place is horribly managed by a very rude and racist owner. Feels like you have to look over your shoulder and make sure you are not doing anything wrong that disapproves the owner, can’t even wash in peace. Just today 8/8/22 I witnessed him going off on a woman for no reason, throwing her coins all over the place in front of her children. Please save your self time and do not continue going to this laundry, id rather drive 15-20 miles than to experience this rudeness. Honestly the only reason why this place might have 4 stars it’s because it’s being reviewed when he not there in person….. save your money!!!!

This laundry mat has been improving since it opened a couple of years ago. Right now its the only laundry mat in grandview. The one that was next to dairy queen was going down hill. Even after the new machines were put in even they started tp fall apart like when the washers were active you had to keep an eye on the timers cause after 5 minutes the machine would stop working. You had to hold the on button on the machines for a short period of time before the machines would work by them selves. It was just strange that one month the laundry was there them next month no building. It was just gone. The spin cycle laundry is very well kept up and clean. All the machines work. Just recently the laundry got bigger. There was a empty section in the building and now that section is gone and there are new washers and dryers. Lot more room and looks less cluttered.

I’ve been coming here over the past month or so. Decided to wait on a review to see if it got any better, but it doesn’t. This place is digustingly filthy. The tables where you’re supposed to fold your clean clothes are always dusty and dirty. The floors are also always dirty (try your very best not to accidentally drop any of your clothes because YUCK) I understand a lot of people wash here but there comes a point when maybe you should clean where you put the detergent/softener for your machines because so many here are full of gunk. Finally, the worst part about this place is the restroom. I try so hard to avoid it at all costs, but sometimes you just got to go and washing your hands after touching dirty nozzles is obviously a must. So this restroom, it’s disgusting. It stinks, it’s dirty (never once have I seen it clean) every time I go in there just to wash my hands, I gag. It’s just gross. This laundromat owner needs to hire someone to focus on cleaning because it’s ridiculous how dirty it is. The irony, going to a place to get clean to only feel dirty on your way out. This will be the last time I come here, needless to say.

Lot's of Machines to use, no waiting, clean bathroom, the owner responds immediately if there are any problems at all, He refunds your money on the spot or fixes the problem and rewashes or dries your clothes. He even refunds money if you have any problems with the Candy Machine. Thank you for providing a great place to do laundry in Grandview! Freshly remodeled

The nicest laundromat all the way from Yakima to the Tri cities Washington. The owner shows the utmost respect for his customers. He responds immediately to any problems offering a refund or to fix the problem on the spot, and most times both a refund and rewash or dry. He, however does not put up with people breaking things misusing equipment or flat out not showing respect for other customers or the equipment. Respect the other customers and the laundromat equipment and he will take care of you like no other business owner. Absolute Best Cleanest most well maintained of any self serve laundromat!
