Every time I have been there over the past 10 years they have always been very friendly, professional and done a GREAT job on my nails. Their pricing is great and lower than most. I've become a repeat customer! :) Everyone is very nice, and the nail techs make my nails feel natural. They do a very good job of making sure there are none of those pesky sharp edges. Plus they clean up the underside of the nail, and my nails have never felt too thick or bulky. 10/10 reccomend

I don't know why there are negative reviews. I just moved here from California. They have great prices and did a great job on the gel mani/pedi I wanted. Were thorough, asked what I liked and if I liked it. I was pleased. They have a clean environment as well. I'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures

The salon interior and hours are hard to beat in the Newcastle area, but the last few times I've come in, the service itself has been declining. I come in every 3-4 months, yet they don't recognize me and never suggest their stamp card (even though I had to ask for one originally). My nail quality feels sub-par and starts to break within 2 weeks, along with the paint. They've stopped offering lotion or anything above and beyond with the manicure experience that they once did — don't even get me started with their pedicures. Really unfortunate because I was recommending this place to friends and family, but because of the last few visits, I've started telling everyone to go elsewhere.

Years ago, they were the only nail salon in Newcastle, I was not impressed with their service rather drive the distance to Issaquah for better nail cares. The last couple years two more nail salons opened in Newcastle, which provided more choices for the locals. On May 23rd, I needed a last-minute manicure and my usual go to salon was fully booked. I decided to give Newcastle Nail another try, wishfully thinking maybe they have improved over the years. But no! They were just as bad as they were. Their salon was dirty and clutter, staffs were chatty in their language, my nail technician was trimming my cuticles without even looking at my fingers. I always bring my own nail polishes, nail files, cuticle clippers and nail soaking tub. She didn’t cap my polish bottle properly, it got spilled all over the nail tub. Well, ‘No Return Ever’ is confirmed for sure.

They always do at magnificent job on my nails and my toenails they are very good at waxing. They're very professional some of the nail artists are better than others, not naming any names. But I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anybody in the Newcastle/Renton Highlands/anywhere area.
