Just had the most awful experience with the two women running the coffee shop. It took fifteen minutes for them to make a coffee and a tea, and they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. When I asked about what kind of herbal teas they had, they told me they didn’t have any. When I asked about any other teas, she listed off five different herbal teas. When we got our order, my tea’s lid wasn’t on properly and the water was so boiling hot that it spilled. I have burns up and down my left leg. This is the kind of thing people get sued for. Clear negligence. Those women operating the coffee shop are a danger to themselves and others.

Mandating temperature checks before entering, which is against the Americans with disabilities act.

My family loves coming here, and the kids have so much fun looking at the waterfall. The gift shop is cute and full of neat stuff. We always find something new and interesting. My favorite thing is the selection of bigfoot stuff! If you are visiting this is a must stop. I always bring our family here when they visit and it never disappoints.

A small little gift shop with a lot of products at a reasonable price. They also have a small little coffee area for people before or after the hike. The gift shop also isn't too crowded like the trail is. It's worth checking out for small items that are related to The falls, but I wouldn't get Seattle specific souvenirs here. Overall, a nice little gift shop.

Had some good items to purchase... However, prices kind of high, could be more reasonable. Parking is $5 unless your using ADA parking then it's free. But has very little ADA spaces available. GREAT VIEW POINTS for photos. Dogs are allowed on a leash, they have poop bags available. Also a "dog parking station" with a dog bowl of water and chairs for handlers/owners to sit in. There is a box that says dog biscuits but it was empty. The walking pathways have been upgraded (I haven't been here in years) and are a nice walking trail, some areas are stairs, but it seems to have an alternative ramp. Which is nice for the disabled/elderly that are not able to use stairs.

Sweet gift shop! Mugs, honey, kids toys, ice-cream, snacks, twin peaks memorabilia, t-shirts, jewelry, and more. Nice coffee and tea bar! The highlight of our visit was the sweet patio. Very nice and peaceful place to enjoy the Snacks or beverages.

This honey is a true organic honey. It is really delicious and quality is great. I also want to buy it again when I go to Seattle & Snoqualmie.

I love the Potlatch seasoning from the store. I first bought it about 15 years ago. it is the only way to cook salmon in my opinion. I have gotten several friends addicted to this stuff too.

Amazing waterfall. If you don't like trekking you have effortless views from the top deck. But if you are up for a 10-15 minute walk then you will have a breath taking view from a lower deck that just takes your breath away. It's absolutely amazing and worth while to go see.
