My wife and I recently upgraded our phones and services at the AT&T store at Mercer Mall. Allison could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and she was quite patient with us as we demonstrated our lack of tech savvy. We will definitely request her services in the future should the need arise!!!

My husband, our 2 year old son, and I went in about an hour before closing. Storm immediately assisted us. Our son did perfect until about 5 minutes into our visit and she helped us keep him occupied while she was working with us. When we had an issue with my phone she did everything she could to get it fixed. She was wonderful. We are so happy we switched to AT&T and Storm helped us.

Jennifer was great with welcoming us into the store, and helping us to upgrade our SIM cards. She was very pleasant to work with and she even took time out to help us pick out phone accessories! If you’re in need of help, go see her at Mercer Mall, in Bluefield, WV and ask for her! She will hook you up!

After losing my phone, I called AT&T customer service several times. Each time I had to wait over an hour to get a representative. I informed her several times that my phone was lost/stolen and I wanted to either get a new phone with the same number, or cancel my service. I told her several times, very clearly, that a new number was unacceptable and I only wanted a new phone if I could keep my number. She then lied to me by saying she had to give me a new number until the phone arrived, then the driver would enter my old number on it. I thought it strange and asked who was delivering it. She said fedex would deliver it. I said that it sounded strange for a fedex driver to do such a thing, but she assured me several times that it was standard practice. Of course I found out it was a lie. She shipped me a new phone with a new line. On top of that, it was a prepaid line. It cost me $200 for all this. I then went to the store to resolve the issue. The guy at the store was as helpful as possible and did a very good job, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that I paid all that money for a line I can’t even use. During that time, I had called AT&T several times with long wait times exceeding one hour each time. It took probably 10 hours or more for them to do all of it, still didn’t get it right, and it cost me a lot of money. I would’ve accepted a new SIM card or new phone with my old number, but nothing else. I got everything I didn’t need and can’t use, costing me dearly, and NO REFUND! I think AT&T pressures them to push phones on people whether they need it or not. They could’ve easily helped me if they weren’t so concerned with pushing things off on people. They’re obviously a predatory company with piss poor customer service.

Visited this location today, they were super busy. The manager and staff were very professional and efficient. Tyler was so helpful and took care of our needs in a timely manner. Much improved service at this store.

After losing my phone, I called AT&T customer service several times. Each time I had to wait over an hour to get a representative. I went and got a contract with them and the salesman (shawn) told me I would only have to pay 200 dollars and change for 2 samsung galaxy s10+ and i would also be getting the DirecTV satelite premium package. Then he told me your credentials look great you should get a 3rd line I said well I dont really need another line how much more would that be he said only 20 more dollars a month and I said ok what kind of phone he said well an iPhone 7. For 20 more dollars well when I got my bill I seen I was been charger 20 dollars extra for just the phone plus another 75.00 for the activation service on the phone he lied and told me that the DVR on the direct tv was free it was also a lie he said I would get the same channels for less that I was currently getting with dish no I didn't get ny same channels I loved he lied to me about everything and told me he was going to make like 250.00 -300.00 dollars for my saleDO NOT TRUST AT&T AT MECER MALL IN MECER COUNTY WEST VIRGINIA
