This place has Awesome customer service, and are very professional! They had my windshield installed within 24 hours of calling! Lowest prices too. They even beat all the other quotes! I'll definitely be going back for ANY of my glass! They do everything!! :)

I rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to after my most recent experience here. I've used these guys three times over the course of the past few years and if you need any type of windshield or glass work in the two Virginia's area this is without a doubt the the place to go... They were far and away the cheapest and I called on a Saturday to see if they could fit me in and they did with no problem at all but the best part is that these guys aren't even open on Saturday's! The owner even offered to come in at 10:00 at night if I needed and if it worked better with my schedule. Staff is fast and friendly and really went out of the way to accommodate me with a great experience. Don't even call anyone else; this is the place to go and I will be a customer from now on. PS: My phone was dying and they were nice enough to locate me a charger and get me back powered up too.. Always "above and beyond" in my experience.

This place has the worst customer service. Here is what happened. I had a shattered passenger window and called Twin City Glass located at 3144 Chicory Rd, Bluefield WV (RT 19/Virginia Ave). The owners son came to my home to put the new glass in. I asked for a receipt but he didn't have one for me. I paid cash to him for the job. However, he didn't clean out the broken glass in the track of the window before installing the new glass. So the broken glass left from faulty installation has been chipping away at the bottom of the new glass for months from rolling the window up and down. This has caused the new glass to crack now. I called the owner multiple times, I would say about over 20 times I have called about this. Come to find out, his son didn't put my purchase on the books and that is why he didn't want to give me a receipt. Now the owner has not made good on this faulty installation from his son's work. I will never call this company again for any glass needs and you shouldn't either. I am going to contact the bbb next!
