This restaurant was terrible. The host refused to let us sit in the bar. He said the girl just started shift. He needed to cut her a break. So, sat us at a dirty table. Our waiter VJ was great!. Polite, and on top of things. Food was old and disgusting. Dishes were sloppy and messy. Will not be back and will not recommend.

The food was good! There was little wait time and my server was excellent! I highly recommend getting a $4 margarita! The bartender definitely did a fantastic job. Will be back!

I ordered $61 worth of food it was an hour and 40 minutes late not Uber drivers fault. The two baked potatoes weren't even cooked, you couldn't jab a fork into them, and the items that were supposed to be hot or cold and the cold items were hot. Been 10 years since I've eaten at O'Charley's, it will be another 10 years before I try it again very disappointed. I went from a one star to a four-star even with all the mess ups after the manager Tom called and heard and understood my complaints. He's a very nice guy I'm sure he's going to take care of the issues and I will try O'Charley's again and post back.

First and last time trying this place. Was greeted by our waitress who reeked of cigarette smoke. Ordered an appetizer of spinach artichoke dip. Was told it was “coming out now” just to be told a minute later they were out of it. Waitress comes back to say that they just made some up and asked if we still wanted some. I said no since our food should have been out any minute, yet she misunderstood and brought it out anyways. Asked for salsa-extra salsa, and I get a tiny cup. Ordered the Fish and Chips which says on the description “ a GENEROUS portion of hand battered fish” and this is what I received. Table in front of us had issues as well and had to get the manager involved.

Terrible quality food, especially for the price. This is a picture of their "loaded" potato skins. It paired very well with the burnt steak. Dont waste your money here.

Our first time here. We were seater almost immediately. Wasn't long till our orders were taken. The one problem was, they tried to seat six adults an infant and toddler in a booth. This was quickly remedied. Once our order was taken it took quite a while to come. Once it was there, it was great! We all pretty much had something different. From steaks, ribs, seafood and chicken. All was great! This is a good place for folks who cannot agree on what to eat. Ocharleys has something for all of our tastes. The prices weren't bad either.

Ate there last night with my wife. Disappointing. Table not properly cleaned. Window blinds were absolutely filthy. Place was dirty in general. Wife’s salad was not fresh, brownish in color. Did not have blue cheese chunks as requested. My chicken strips were rubbery. Potatoes had no flavor. Won’t be returning.

Unfortunately this last time was not the best experience. The chicken was dry and tough and the loaded baked potato had sour cream on it, after I had asked for it off when I ordered. It seemed that it was understaffed that night, but that is no excuse for food that you can't eat.

It's okay, the service was great. Amanda was our sever she kept drinks topped and checked on us a good bit. Food was average. Grilled shrimp pasta tasted like something out of a microwave, Crab cake we didn't even bother to finish, and I had to send a steak back because the chef didn't cook it enough. Three stars is what Id give.

The food was good. The chicken tender was soft and not greasy. The fish and chips was crispy soft and not greasy as well. The bread was served warm, it was soft and good. Our server was great to us. Its a pretty great place to eat.
