They always listen and talk about your concerns. Tried another one before but it seemed they were worried more about money

If you depend on a vet Team to be informative, organized, and personable, this is not the Team for you. I was extremely disappointed with the care my pets received from this Team.

If I could give zero stars I would to this clinic. When I first went to Dr Wilt and his clinic they were amazing. Kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He has done multiple surgeries on my dogs and I’ve spent a lot of money here. Well that all changed on June 24th! I had a appointment to euthanize my elderly beloved heart dog; she was sick with cancer. When we got to the appointment Dr Wilt was ready first thing to sedate her I said “no I wasn’t ready yet” and wanted a few more minutes with her but he pushed his way in between my fiancé and I and gave it to her even after I said NO! His bed side manner was awful, he was cold hearted and very rude. He made me and my family feel rushed during a very traumatic time because he wanted to go home. The only compassionate people from his staff was his 2 techs Aston and Anastasia. Whatever you do avoid this vet clinic at all cost! I will never recommend Dr Wilt to anyone ever again.

I love this place. I have been to many, many vets in the course of my life and one of my favorite things about Ranson Hospital is the time they take to explain exactly what is going with your animal (in my case dogs) and how to correct it. When my puppy had to go in three times after her spay I honestly thought I was crazy but they were patient, wonderful, and I am so glad to have found them and they fixed her right up!!!

Friendly staff good experiences. Took a stray in for his first visit. He was so calm and easy to work with. Got him all fixed up and on our way.

We took our cat in for her yearly shots and discovered another side to her personality. She became frightened and fisty. The doctor and his assistant had to use safety gloves, but they never lost their cool. They were still kind to our temperamental cat. I was very pleased with the visit.

Very disappointed with the experience here. After reading many positive reviews, had higher expectations. The techs and those answering calls were very nice. However, I had two visits here and even though pet was new to practice I never spoke to or heard directly from the vet. Also, each visit was rushed and couldn't even get the weight of my pet after requesting several times. Overall, they seem to care about the pets but during my experiences, they seemed unorganized and overbooked
