I came here like 9 months ago, service took 30 minutes to get our subs to us, came back today, still ungodly slow, don't understand how they are open

These guys ROCK!! The food is Aewsome and the staff are Amazing!! And it's right up the street from my house!! SCORE SADLY the staff doesn't always get your order correct! And expect the car line to usually be around the building.

Ordered two steak subs. The meat had no flavor except for a kind of fat taste. They forgot to put on ingredients ordered. And my bread was rubbery. I requested for it not to be toasted. I couldn’t eat mine. It was that bad. My mom ate half of hers and couldn’t finish it due to how it was made. I love subway subs but if this is what they are preparing I will get my subs from somewhere else.

Don't order online! I ordered an order online for my husband to pick up and they pulled the money out of our account, but when my husband went to pick up they didn't have the order and proceeded to stand there and argue with him about 2 6 inch sandwiches that cost approximately $13.

I was glad to see Subway re open but they have a long way to go in customer service they take far too long to make one sandwich and there's too much talking going on between the employee's. I have been in line twice now with a wait of a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and everyone I have talked to has had the same problem and these have not been big orders because you can see the bags as they are handed out to the car at the window and it is ridiculous to think that it would take that long to make a couple of sandwiches. Also they need to move their menu around to the side where you have time to determine what you want instead of looking at it as you pull up to the window that also wastes time. Love the product just not customer service
