We have been going to them for years... Front desk staff ALWAYS professional and Tax preparer is ALWAYS professional and helpful. Very pleasant to go to UNTIL TODAY... manager was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL walked away from us and made us feel "belittled" because of the confusion over stimulus.... I know its stressful, but could've acted like adult instead of a child we were just trying to figure out what was going on. Unsure if we will return NEXT year!

My.mother has been waiting months for her taxes as well as her 2nd and 3rd stimulus and she finally gets a response that the irs hasn't received her taxes for this year 🙄 very frustrating when it's been months and they had no answers for this to finally come down to the irs.dont have her paperwork
