Absolutely fantastic! I got chocolate munchkins for my daughter along with a Boston cream and some bagel bites. For myself I got a coffee and some glazed munchkins. Everything was perfect and I was waited on very quickly they do a fantastic job here at this Dunkin donuts and the food is fresh.

I decided to try our Dunkin’ instead of Starbucks and was so disappointed. I tried to order a latte and they stated the machine was down so offered black coffee instead with some syrup and cream… it was gross and I dumped it.

On vacation, and visited. Friendly, very nice service! Much better than my two local locations that I usually order from.

Every other time I come here “we can’t do lattes, our machine is down”. This is a coffee shop, and you can’t do coffee? Always out of multiple things too. It’s pathetic

The larger your order the less friendly the staff gets. Im talking 4 breakfast sandwhiches and a dozen donuts "large".

I have zero desire to ever go back to this place. Weirton Dunkin Donuts is about worthless . This is the 3rd and last time that I'm giving them to mess an order up. Order a black coffee? You get coffee, creamer, and sugar added. You order Avacado toast with bacon, you get a donut, you order a bacon croissant with no egg... the picture below is what you get. This place could screw up a one bolt junk yard. It seems that Dunkin Donuts prefers to hire a bunch of girls who gossip, complain about each others boy friends, talk on their cell phones, and inherently don't pay attention to the order taking, instead of people who ensure that orders are correct and that the employees provide good customer service. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want wrong orders with a side of valley girl attitude.

Fast service even though during some time frames it is quite busy. They were never out of stuff I would order. I'll tell you what those large frozen butter pecan coffees are the bomb! You would think the large would be small, but you really get your money's worth. Staff very nice, and prompt.

We usually have no problems with this store, but lately it's been awful. On several occasions we've gotten home with missing donuts from our dozen donuts box and on 2 separate visits I've mobile ordered frozen coffees and paid for them, when I got there I was told the machine was broken and had to substitute with iced coffee. I realize they may be working on a limited menu, but change the online menu if that's the case. You are charging people for the higher priced item and giving them a cheaper drink. Yesterday we mobile ordered wake up wraps and coffee, the wraps were ice cold and only had about a quarter piece of sausage on them. Today I mobile ordered 2 wake up wraps and coffee, when I got there they tried to charge me for my order even though I had already paid on the app. They gave me my drink and missed the wraps. After sitting for 5 mins at the window, with the girl atvthe window just sitting there staring into my car the whole time, I was told to pull around front, another 5 min wait. I got my food, hot this time, but there was paper inside BOTH wraps. Complete carelessness. There's no number on the receipt to call the store and I was already too far away to go back. I will be emailing the corporate office and this Dunkin has lost our business. Pictures attached.

Nice, clean and friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking available. Located on a shopping center. Just be careful when going into the store because you'll be crossing the drive through exit.
