The delivery was on time, the balloons looked great, all the delivery men were professional, helpful, cheerful and wished my sister a happy birthday. All of the balloons stayed floating for three full days. I’m extremely satisfied and would order from this location again.

This store was very unprofessional the staff was not friendly at all. The manager didn’t know anything about managing a store or staff. I watch staff walk out and quit while the store needed help. The supervisor was no better. I received text messages stating my order was ready, and when I arrived at the store my order was given to someone else. They had no one to reimburse my funds. The supervisor stated she didn’t know what happened, to remind you my order was placed online. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Took 2 seconds, and the front end lead never looked my way that whole time I was waiting for her. Simple things like that could have been avoided, and I would’ve walked out a happy customer.

The entire staff was unable to help because of misplaced customer orders. Unfortunately customers will receive better treatment at the Dollar Tree.
