Had a great experience with Doug and Trent. I was looking for a Ford Edge to replace my current vehicle. I found one close to home (Green Bay area) that was 10k over the one that I purchased from Ewald in Hartford. I was introduced to some of the folks who I might interact with when I bring the Edge in for service. Would highly recommend working with Doug if you are looking to replace your current vehicle.

Fantastic Sales Team! Found the truck i wanted online, called them and said I was interested in it. Told them id be paying cash and would like to put some money down to Hold it until i could get there. They answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. Went to pick up the vehicle, was in and out with the new truck within 30 minutes. Will gladly do business with them in the future. The truck was immaculate, they did a great Job of detailing it the day before. Truck was in showroom condition!

I just recently traded in my 2021 Ford Bronco sport and my 2011 Ford F-150 for a 2020 F-250 Super Duty and I couldn’t be happier with the whole transaction process. I worked with Dawn on the deal Dawn was super very knowledgeable on both the vehicle and the process for getting he deal done. The whole process was very stress free and no pressure. I must through out a quick props to Brian (I think he is a sales manager or finalizer let’s just say he blesses the whole deal) he was also great in this process. I would certainly recommend Ewalds Ford and Dawn and Brian. I would not hesitate to work with either again.
