Thank you to the nice worker who saw me make a coffee and came to carry it as i was on crutches! Means the world to me! Getting in the store was a hassle as the doors are not automatic.

Shout out to Erin, The assistant store leader at the Hortonville location for spending a half hour or more trying to decipher the numbers on my soggy lottery ticket to get me my $50. That's customer service if I ever seen it.

Entry into the car wash is not truck friendly, it's too sharp of a turn with poor snow plowing job. I struggled to get my f150 centered enough to enter the car wash. If you have a bigger rig find somewhere else to a car wash.

Purchased an Elite car wash. $11. Terrible. Underbody wash was weak,.only in one side, and didn't do the full car. Also,.the ScrubHub didn't.work. Entire car wash facility looked worn and outdated. No choice of touchless vs. brush either. Disappointed in #740. Have had good experiences at other Kwik Trip locations

Small town station where its pretty easy to get to know the staff. Love to harass / tease a few of them :-) .. great place. Highly recommended
