Last Sunday...Our mobility scooter decided to just quit....I really think it's possessed. It acts up when we least suspect. So let's start with the batteries which checked out fine. The wildest thing the salesman said: Will u feel better if u got new batteries? Where did all the common sense in our world go ? Went home and the possessed scooter works.

This place ruined my lithium battery in September 2021, they gave me the wrong battery charger for it. My battery has yet to be replaced after 4 months now. I’m always told someone will call me and no one ever follows thru. $400 bucks have been wasted because of them with no one owning up to their mistake. Stay away from this place

The store manager that waited on me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable for the 3 different types of batteries that I needed. This will be the place I go in the spring for a new car battery as well.

Ordered AA batteries and others for our fire detector. Paid on line and was happy to see curbside service as my Husband is high risk for COVID. I called when I got there. Said I was there for my order and was told to come in to get it. I said “I came for curbside”. She said hold on and asked someone if they do curbside. She said I can bring it out to you. She asked my name 3 times. Asked what I ordered, I had to be specific. She brought out the items. No bag. Instead of AA batteries I got AAA. I took them back into the store. I saw a young man and said I ordered AA not AAA. He said people make mistakes. He handed them to a young lady who said someone else pulled the order. After other excuses, I got my batteries. Just say “I’m sorry, I’ll fix it. I won’t go back to that store. Many others in the area.

Brought my Mother in for a battery replacement a few weeks ago, She had a card for lifetime battery replacement. She was told by a very tall male clerk those cards are no longer valid and tried to upsell her on a new lifetime replacement plan. I went in on Saturday, they accepted my lifetime replacement card no questions asked. Got my free replacement, She had to pay for hers. Your staff is ripping off your customers.
