Whenever I'm in the area (once or twice a year) I make sure I stop here. Great variety of sausages and brats including Schublig. Schublig! Deli sandwich meats sliced to order, too. But my absolute favorite is the smoked pork ends! They are sooo yummy in split pea soup instead of ham! Mmm ...

Wow! We will be back for more brats. This was a last minute stop on a day trip and will now become a regular destination. I love brats but they normally don't love me. These are super tasty and agree with my sensitive stomach. So happy I found these!

Went to Hoesly's to buy some Landjaegers as the old meat market in town closed. Grabbed a pack out of the refer marked $10. Upon paying for them the cashier claimed, "Oh, these are actually $20.", then made a vain attempt to remove the price tag. Actually spent 3-4 minutes trying very much to remove the tag right in front of me. Very unethical & I believe illegal. I should've either argued or just left but didn't wish to make a scene as other customers were present...so I paid & left without saying anything. I will never return. If that's how unethical they are about their salesmanship, their product quality is also very suspect.

LOVE their meats they have a wonderful selection from snack sticks to homeade butter. THE BEST WAS the pre cooked brats because I didn't have time to boil and new to grilling...also great perk was the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Friendly helpful and even reminded me to get the buns I almost forgot to buy! great service and selection every time and the bacon wrapped chicken is also AMAZING!

They do a great job of processing your own beef and their own selection of beef/pork is well stocked and just as good. The Amish butter they sell is a perfect complement to your steak. P.S. the pepper bacon is my favorite.

A real home-town butcher shop where you actually feel like you get the best cut of meat. Reasonable prices meet a friendly staff of family members to offer some of the best beef and pork around. Hoesly's also offers homemade wieners and bratwurst as well as a fully stocked deli case. Customers can order a sandwich for lunch as well as snack sticks and jerky. Hoesly's also offers full animal processing from beef and pork to venison, bear and elk.
