I've been a gymnastics mom now for over 10 years, and this club wins, hands down. Most clubs focus only on physical training. Flex develops gymnasts holistically. They work on character, sportsmanship, and determination. Cassie, the owner and head coach, spent her life as a competitive gymnast and understands the importance of mental grit in gymnastics. This is the first club that we've had emphasize this, and it's critical for young athletes. Beyond that, the facility is new and clean, the coaching staff is warm and personable, and everyone is treated like family.

Coach Cassie along with all the other great coaches are amazing! The new facility is just unbelievable for the population of our area. The entire Flex staff cares about everyone one of these kids and they employ many of their own gymnasts!!

We went there for a birthday party today and the facility is great! The staff was amazing with all of the kids (including mine, who was very shy and was a little timid to participate). My niece takes classes here and absolutely loves it. I may even sign my son up for classes in the future. Great place, and I highly recommend.

Flex gymnastics is a great family friendly environment to bring your child. The first thing you see is all the colors when you walk through the doors. Customer service was a huge help and the coaches are always smiling. Overall a great place to be.

My daughter just recently started here and is loving it. They constantly check their skills and move them up to the next class when they are ready. Classes are 4-5 weeks for each session. Cost is average from everywhere else I have looked into. Younger aged classes are taught by older students.

I'm giving this place a rating of 3 because I'm very unsure about it yet. I have no other places to compare it to but my daughter has been in it for a couple months now. From what I can see, there isn't much feedback going on as my child is performing her lessons. There are young adults that teach the class. I wonder how much knowledge they have or what exactly qualifies them. Paying $16 per 55 minute class my daughter is standing around for a majority of the time as the other girls are taking their turn. I'm not sure of kid/trainer ratios.
