I was treated nice first time I had a repair different guy who estimated on scratch went super high on a small scratch I got at shipshape car wash his kid works there so I got treated bad .when I told him we're I got scratch.

These people truly care about taking care of the customer. From their accurate estimates to completing the repair they make the process as painless as possible. Added bonus is finding out they vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Nothing makes you feel better about spending money on the repairs like leaving their building with your vehicle feeling and looking brand new.

They did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. I hit a coyote and it did a good amount of damage for such a small animal. They made it look newer than the rest of the vehicle lol. I will have to add the after pictures later as I realized I didn't take any.

They worked well with my insurance. Did a good job on my repair after a deer collision. My only gripe is, it was my car, I'm the one who set up the repair, and I told them to call me with any questions or updates. But every single time they would call my husband instead. So he had to be the middle man for everything.

I recently took my Ford Fusion to Brenengen Collision Repair for some work I needed to be corrected from an accident that occurred in 2017. My car was rear ended and had a lot of damage. The first body shop that "repaired" the damage, was awful. It looked like a day one body tech worked on it. The second body shop that repaired the damage did a good job but they missed an important step and did not seal my trunk correctly. Needless to say the trunk got soaking wet and we knew we needed to get it fixed... again. Steve and Tina and rest of the crew took great care of my car and FINALLY got the repair work completed correctly. I wish I could have used Brenengen the first time. I feel confident that my car would have been repaired right the first time. If I am still in the area and have another accident, I know there is only one place I will entrust my vehicle to. Thank you for your hard work, especially during these trying times.

The experience of getting our car repaired was good from beginning to end. The finished product was superb. Multiple staff called us to keep us informed, that was important to us.
