Dan, the pharmacist has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. However all the corporate changes made has made it difficult to call and talk to someone at the actual location. They now close for an hour daily, and totally on weekends. I had to go to a different pharmacy when when I needed a RX on a Saturday. The app isn't at all accurate. I really hope things improve soon.

I love the pharmacy and staff and through the years have gotten to know them pretty well but my issue now is the pharmacy hours. There are medications I can't fill till the day I am put of them and now with them not being open on Saturday and Sunday it makes it hard for me to get the medications I need. Also, during the week it was nice they were open later so I could go when my family was settled down for the night. I really hope they change the hours back. I really don't want to have to look for a new pharmacy that I like.

Not good, I wanted to get my prescription because i was out of town and had to get it at the nearest Walgreens. When i got to the window i told them my name and the person rudely told me i was not scheduled for anything. I asked if there was anything i could do and she scolded me for no good reason. It seems like a nice store because i did pick up some other goods on the way out and the checkout person was very nice. I would have liked the store more if i didn’t have that experience at the pharmacy but it is a nice store.

I love coming here for squishmallows. Today was a stock day I do not blame many of the employees. Tho my mom was helping me check there so many times to keep checking if they restocked it wasn’t which was okay. We asked someone and they said there was none in back but two. I’m very upset because we talked with a employee yesterday that they were being stocked today and they posted what they had Facebook. In which they said there was one cow left because two were on hold. When we talked with an employee today they said that they shouldn’t be doing it (especially since it was probably on their personal page since it wasn’t on Walgreens) I find this unacceptable this can mess up their stock and it’s not fair for anyone else trying to look for squishmallows or anything.

Having visited many pharmacies across the country I can proudly say that this walgreens has the most incompetent, rude, and unfriendly staff. They don't know how basic billing works, do the exact opposite as you ask and have not even a basic understanding of what customer service is. I've never talked and dealt with a ruder pharmacy team who cannot read terms and conditions and has such a bad attitude. In any other business the joke of a staff would have been fired long ago. I'd rather drive across the county then go back and suffer the ignorance of this walgreens location. I'd highly recommend going anywhere else to get your prescriptions filled if you want a competent team.

Here at Walgreens again using DriveUp service during Covid-19. We're from southern Wisconsin but visiting Central during this time. Some of our prescriptions are difficult to get through mail so I've established with Walgreens due to location and driveup options. Incredibly grateful to those employed in the pharmacy, their patience and understanding. We have some challenging and time consuming needs and they continue to be courteous and respectful! Cheers to the staff there for their service! A big thank you for getting me OTC tylenol through the drive up to prevent me from coming in! Hope you all stay well! Thank you!

Manager was very rude after being told multiple times once my son's insurance was effective I could get a refund. Was even told the day I called with the insurance information which had been back dated no problem bring in your receipt. Once arriving was told I can't do this and I still hadn't picked up most of his prescription. They refused to even refund the pills I had not picked up. Not up front and very rude will not use them again. Transferring all my entire family's prescriptions elsewhere.

I went to Walgreens and used the drive thru pharmacy. It was very fast and efficient. I felt it was a more private yet professional experience versus standing in a line within earshot of others who are also waiting. It's a nice option if your not needing to buy other items.

Since this is totally where I do my "everyday shopping", I am very pleased with their rewards program. It's always a good day when you've earned a $5/$10/etc reward! Need to keep the Lime Red Bull in stock more often, since apparently I need buying it or, lol.,

Overall not a bad store and the staff is friendly - with the exception of one of the pharmicists who's name starts with a J and ends with an E. Very rude and miserable to work with. Thought she maybe had a bad day the first time, but have realized shes just like this to all customers. I called once and told her something both my doctors told me about the medication they prescribed and she flat out argued with me on the phone and told me I and both my doctors were wrong.
