Terrible service pulled up at the window sat there 15 mins cashier didn't acknowledge me smile say hey wait one moment looked me dead in the eye then proceeded to help someone else then gave me a dirty look what happened to first come first serve the 280 Alexander city lil ceasers location is terrible don't go there 8/30/22 at 7:00 pm

Tough day, my honey wanted pizza! Yeah! No cooking, no dishes. Tried the new crispy thin pepperoni. It was good. Had a salad to make me feel good about my diet? 😜And only two pieces of pizza.! Super evening.

When I got there it was 3:09 and all the workers were shilling outside. I didn't get my order but until 3:30. I will never come back to this location.

First, time put in a order. A large order, everything was correct and hot and tasty! Experience was quick and from my experience seeing the overwhelming crowd they were not asked to pull aside ,timely orders. Such a joy to experience a fast food place that I remembered years ago! Thank you!!

Worst customer service ever,The only reason I buy from here is my work pays for it . They order online but even if I call ahead I have to wait for an order made 4 hours ago and if they feel rushed it will not be fully cooked. They never answer the phone, I call over and over before I pick up for 3 months now every other week , I call a hour ahead every time and just hit redial, I just a want them to know about my order online e and nobody answers the phone, I am always stuck there asking if anyone can hear me, please a come to the counter to give me what I ordered 4 hours ago and it is never ready. Today I was in line with a door dash person and an older woman who couldn't stand much longer. They areletting everyone down .. don't wait for a refund . You are wasting your time . My pizza was still raw.

We used the driveway because that's all they had. The back was dark and loud and there was plywood in the drive thru window. We were greeted nicely and paid for a 3 meat and icb. Told it would be just a few minutes and that was 20 minutes ago

Works were out in the parking lot gathered with friends when i tried to order. I then had to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food. I then heard the people in the parking lot say yhe cheese bread was gone because they ate it all. Another customer tried to order and also had to pull into a patking spot and wait on their food.

Says they close at 11 well they need new management because 7:34 they acted like they were shutting down. Pulled to window I guess manager was counting money...walks off...another employee comes to window to take order but they didn't want to make the half sticks pizza had to make sure they even had the 2 orders of wings letting me know they weren't making anymore...2 stars just because the wings were hot and at least I got to order that...wonder how much money this location loses for not making what the customer wants...

Food taste great but do not expect it to be hot and ready when you order it.. The last couple of months every time I have went I had to wait at least 30 minutes for our order.
