I have contacted this dealer on at least six occasions to receive a title to a vehicle purchased with them and paid for more than five months prior. I continue to be transferred around, hung up on, messages not returned. Buyer beware of this dealership. I would give negative stars if the review allowed it.

Extremely satisfied!! Great hometown business. Ok, here's is my unbiased visit to Tallaposa Ford. They were so nice to deal with. Tim was a complete pleasure to deal with. These people are honest, upfront, and professional. They will have all of my business. And by the way, I hate trading vehicles. I'd rather go to the dentist. So, with that said, I would definitely go back to Tallaposa Ford. Excellent dealership. Update on my truck.. I have been enjoying my vehicle. Everyone that sees it, really likes it. I need to have the code changed on my door entry and all the guys from front to back helped me to get it done. And didn't charge me!! I am definitely going back there for all my business. Jay and the staff were awesome!! No pressure to buy, easy-going, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I wasn’t stuck there for 6 hours just trying to haggle and sign paperwork!! Not to mention, I left my garage door opener in my old vehicle and Jay personally drove close to an hour to deliver it to me in person. The guys there really make you want to buy local and treat you like family. Thanks so much and couldn’t have had a better experience

Bought a 2018 F-150 XLT June 2019. Experienced issues with drive train vibration, after 8 visits for service, parts replaced twice, the dealership “owner Jeff” and service department basically told me to take it elsewhere to be fixed and that I was imagining any issues. Opelika Ford is now ordering a torque converter and have promised to take care of my truck and not just send me somewhere else like Tallapoosa Ford did. Their service depart gets a negative star, untruthful, deceptive, and obviously unqualified to fix what they sell. “Buyer Beware”.

Great local dealership that makes it worth it to "buy local". Have had my share of bad experiences with "big city" dealers in the past, I would much rather deal with somebody I know I can trust and is only a short drive or a phone call away. Heck, they'll even work out a deal with you on Social Media if that's what you prefer. The parts department has been exceptionally helpful when I've needed parts for my current vehicles. On the sales side, Jay Wade is one of the most knowledgeable and professional car salesman I've ever dealt with. He is not pushy at all, and his top priority is the satisfaction of his customers. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, they're fully willing to go out and find it for you.
