Called and asked for a particular cigar. Was told it was there arroved was not allowed to look i sode of humidor amd was also told that the cigar i had request was no lo ger there and hasnt been there. If not sure what you want or looking for i suggest you shop elsewhere for your cigars.

They have a great selection of liquor but 19% sales tax? That’s ridiculous. The city of Bessemer must really need some money

Shopped here many a times during the covid pandemic. Owners/ workers never wearing a mask when I am in the store and always were cool. I never have worn one entering the store either and never been an issue. Walked in tonight and was refused service because of no mask. Asked if they could provide me one since I left mine at home by accident and was told I would have to leave and go purchase one. So they can’t provide what they require to shop there, yet expect people to shop there. I own a business and we provide mask if customers are wanting them. Spent thousands here in the past, not another penny now. All over the “dollar mask” that does nothing.

Z's has a great selection and the staff is wonderful in helping if you have any questions. They are fully functional during this COVID pandemic with the staff getting your selection for you. They also have great store hours so it's convenient for your lifestyle to find a good time to stop by. Oh yes, a great store to add to your shopping needs!!

Great service throughout the Covid19 rules. Shopkeeper brings you a few nice trays with the wide selection, and you pick your sticks and quantities. Only thing lacking is a purchase clube...buy ___ sticks and get a % off.

I shop here because prices are good. The two owners are friendly and they have what I want waiting for me on the counter as I enter the shop. They have a good assortment of cigarettes, cigars, and liquor.

Z's is awesome had some fine craft beer absolutely great place looked like they had some fine cigars there too unfortunately I don't smoke but if that is your pleasure thru have a few to choose from. Definitely will be back.

This business closes at 8 PM on Sunday. I called them at 7:40 to make sure that they would be there until 8 before I made the 12 minute drive from my house. The guy told me yes. I arrived at 7:54 and the door was locked and he signaled to me they were closed. The open sign was still on. Wasted my time and I still don’t have a cigar. Won’t be visiting here again with customer service like that.

Staff is really nice and helpful, it's my go to for my vaping supplies. Nice selection of e liquid and accessories. Also very nice choice of import and local beer. Happy they support the local breweries. Keep rocking it Z's..
