I have never had a good experience interacting with the Pharmacy staff at this location or any other Walgreens location in Jefferson county Alabama. I have no negative review for the retail staff because I rarely interact with them because I am trying to get away as fast as I can from the GOD AWFUL atmosphere that the Pharmacy staff WREEKS!!! I get no pleasure from posting this review but something really needs to be done about the culture of the Walgreens Pharmacy staff to help them enjoy their jobs and treat they're customers better. The culture at Walgreens Pharmacy is the worst. ~Albert

I had an appointment with Walgreens pharmacy today for the annual flu shot. I was greeted and the associate notified the technician that I had arrived for my shot. I patiently waited for the technician to come back to get the necessary paperwork and 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I saw the technician preparing another patient for their Immunization. I went to the window to see what was going on and the associate explained to the technician that I was waiting for them to call me back to fill out the paperwork. Everyone acted surprised when I calmly asked them to cancel my appointment. I was not mad, so I had another appointment and drove a mile away to the CVS and went to the pharmacy and asked if I could get the flu shot, without an appointment. The associate asked for the necessary information and 10 later, I received my Immunization and purchased some sale items and was on my way to the house. Thanks CVS for your customer service. I'll get my Immunization with you in the future. ~Rodgie

Great service I don't exactly remember the guys name but I could tell it was his first day and he was a bit nervous, but I got in and out of the store swifty, went to activate an old phone I had and he was able to help me set up my payments for the service and everything, overall great costumer service๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ ~Relatable

I didn't have money for my bill on April 22 so my phone was cut off, then I pay my $30 for a month of service this morning(may 1st) and instead of getting a month of service I only got 19 days... So I had to pay for over a week of service that I didn't even use??? I will not be renewing my service next month, I'll go elsewhere. Other companies dont rob their customers like this... ~nikki

I tore up my back bumper and they made it look better than before while also fixing my back left light that has been broken for a while. Kyle was amazing. Our check engine light went on while we were on a trip. They got us in the same day we called. They diagnosed everything. Fair pricing. They were great at communicating and keeping us up to date (they had to order a part so things took an extra day). They got the job done quickly. We were very impressed with our whole experience. I shop TJ Maxx in Bessemer weekly and it is the most well organized store with great merchandise around. The staff from manager Ms. Willis to cashiers cannot be beat. She was so helpful while I was looking for a certain item I had seen in the store day before. How many managers would go to that length to help customers? So glad we have them in our areaโค๏ธ Would not want to shop any other place, keep doing what you do. ~Gwen

Been waiting for a manager to call me back on some update on a washer and dryer that we want to purchase. Manager haven't call back yet !!! Guy told me 3 hours ago it was to 5 min and nother . I have worked customer service for 20 years and they need to be trained again. It's just sad ~Andrea
