I didn't have money for my bill on April 22 so my phone was cut off, then I pay my $30 for a month of service this morning(may 1st) and instead of getting a month of service I only got 19 days... So I had to pay for over a week of service that I didn't even use??? I will not be renewing my service next month, I'll go elsewhere. Other companies dont rob their customers like this...

Very smooth experience switching from one phone company to Metro. I might add that they have inexpensive phone options. The higher tech phones feature exceptional cameras and plenty of memory, but I don't need those features. It cost less per month for my new monthly plan than I had previously.

People come and go there.you never see same people.they change their plans like I change panties and I've been there over 3 yes a ND I've had the worst luck with this phone ever.i want to run over it.after 3wees couldn't even dial out for over 2wreks.took it to metro and they were lost.i knew more than they did.if I ever can afford to leave there I'll never go back.im hearing this from slot if people.
