More times than not people feel compelled to review when something goes terribly wrong. Well this isn’t the case. I have 5 lines with AT&T and up until this point I have seriously thought about taking my business elsewhere. My experience from the time I entered was “WOW” Ashleigh gave a smiling face from me entering the door, she approached me and immediately went into solution mode. She took OWNERSHIP of my problem… by far been the best experience I have ever had!! She is definitely an asset.

Ashleigh is the most awesome rep!!!! I spent almost 2 hours on the phone this past Saturday with a rep from FirstNet who told me there wasn’t anything they could do and I would need to visit my local ATT store. I met with her at the Atmore, AL location and in less than 15 min she has the problem resolved! She even made the call to FistNet and informed them of the problem after they couldn’t figure it out! Thank you so much for saving me $800 on a bill I didn’t have even have!
