I had reserved a truck in brewton, however, I was routed to this location as brewton did not have the truck I needed. A man came to the door, I introduced myself and that I was there for a u-haul. I then dealt with a woman, who asked if I would be returning the truck to this location. I stated no, I would be returning it to brewton. She gave me keys with a "one way truck" keychain. It was uncomfortable picking up the truck from this location, as I was standing in the living room of these people's home. Laundry was going, an audiobook was playing and it was awkward. Later that day, I returned the truck to the brewton location and was done with it. This was Saturday. It's now Monday. I received a call from the husband, asking when I was going to return the truck. I explained that I had returned it the same day to brewton, as I had told his wife. He told me if I did not return the truck, that I would be charged $400! And was very rude! It is their mistake, according to brewton and has been handled now. But POOR SERVICE from this location!

And my daughter went to pick it up it was in someone's yard the lady just opened the door and turned into key. I didn't even sign no paperwork
