The last time I rented from here, I was forced to drive down 280 to get a utility dolly that I requested weeks in advance. Over a month ago I booked my rental just to find out the day before pickup that they changed my pickup location so that instead of 5 minutes from my house I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way.

I rented a truck from this place, to be picked up on 2/5/22. I had even been there the day before to pick up some supplies and told the clerk I'd see them the next day. When I went to get the truck, there was no one there. Office hours were supposed to be open but nada. Another man was there as well to get a truck. We both ended up going to the Vestavia location to get our trucks, thanks to the 800 number.

The worker was helpful and super nice. Got there just in time because I took the last truck. Was the exact size I needed too. Customer service was excellent so if I need to conduct business in the future I will be returning to this location.
