They gave me a truck that they knew that the radiator was bad when I turned it in the young lady had said such. Was stuck 5 hours at a truck stop because of it. The people that work there was there for the money they had no customer service ties to the people. The parking lot is in the offer no security my car was broken into while we were parked there ~Eric

The last time I rented from here, I was forced to drive down 280 to get a utility dolly that I requested weeks in advance. Over a month ago I booked my rental just to find out the day before pickup that they changed my pickup location so that instead of 5 minutes from my house I now have to drive 20 minutes out of my way. ~Rebecca

Let me just start with Justin is AMAZING! I called with a few questions which he answered with no problem and very professional. I informed him I would visit on the weekend just to get a visual of the measurements. Justin was the only one working on Saturday but had everything running smoothly. Justin showed me several options and assisted with me visualizing how my things would fit into each unit. Initially I was stressed with the thought of the whole moving process but Justin eased my spirit and was so helpful. Of course I just went to get an idea of what a unit measurements look like but after the EXCELLENT customer service from Justin I signed my unit contract.
