Great location for all your storage needs. All my items didn’t even accumulate any dust in the 4 months I used this facility. Friendly management and plenty of room for U-Haul trucks to move in between the units.

Let me just start with Justin is AMAZING! I called with a few questions which he answered with no problem and very professional. I informed him I would visit on the weekend just to get a visual of the measurements. Justin was the only one working on Saturday but had everything running smoothly. Justin showed me several options and assisted with me visualizing how my things would fit into each unit. Initially I was stressed with the thought of the whole moving process but Justin eased my spirit and was so helpful. Of course I just went to get an idea of what a unit measurements look like but after the EXCELLENT customer service from Justin I signed my unit contract. Kudos to Justin on an excellent job and great customer service. Thanks again for all your help!

Justin at Metro Mini Storage on 280 is the best! For whatever I have needed, he always responds like he really wants to help me and does whether it is leaving my hallway open on the weekend, so I can get to my unit, cutting off the lock and selling me another one because I lost my keys or getting me the exact size unit for my storage needs. He is also friendly and a great conversation. I would say this is just Justin specific, but I have rented from Metro in another location and have gotten similar service. You need a rental-these guys will take care of you especially these guys on 280!

Brad at Metro is great! He goes above and beyond for his customers. The unit I rented is clean and free of pests. There are plenty of cameras and the area seems safe. I would recommend this location to others

I've been here twice to reload my customer's household items. Twice the bathroom is clogged up!!! They won't let you used the restroom because the person lives in their office. Terrible people! Take your money somewhere else.
