Chip repair on my son’s car at college. Repair made but they added wipers to the RO without prior approval (I started the claim by phone). I only scheduled the repair of the chip and nothing was said about wipers or anything else. Only discussed that the repair would be covered by insurance. My son paid the bill not knowing any of the detail. Tech said they just did what was on The RO. I feel this is deceptive and don’t feel I can trust Safelite in Bowling Green KY. Very disappointed.

This place is a legitimate joke. Take your business anywhere else in Bowling Green area. We contacted them 3 weeks ago about getting a windshield and they still can’t get us an ETA. They said they had to order straight from the dealer since it’s a 2022. I contacted the dealer myself and was able to order the windshield in ONE DAY! Thanks to Triple Crown Auto Glass we were able to get this resolved with insurance. Safe lite will never get business from my family again.

They removed phone support, all scheduling is done online now, and there is no one to call for help if you have issues. What a joke. I rate them F. Save yourself the headache, Take your business elsewhere.

So a rock hit the windshield of my Range Rover . Contacted my insurance company they set it up for a replacement . Now I live in goodlettsville, tn which is 10 minutes from the safe light company in Nashville tn. Dont know why they set it up there but okay . Now my appointment for replacement was on the the 17th of may I was told they would arrive between 12 and 5 . So after leaving Money and keys with my neighbor , got to work received a phone call at 440 pm saying that he wasn’t going to show up for the appointment time, after that they rescheduled me for Thursday the 19th between 8 am and 12 . Well he did not arrive until 1130 am made me late for work and the windshield had sealant down the driver side windshield looked like my 6 year old grandson put it in. And the tech had the nerve to tell me it was supposed to look like that . I should have just refused the service the moment I seen the tech. and he left dirty hand prints on the cream leather in my truck. Never again stay away from this place. Worst experience ever ! Fast and professional. A little more than I was expecting for a side window replacement at their facility, but the guy working on my car fixed my broken windshield wiper fluid sprayer for free, so that was nice.

I've been waiting a whole month for my windshield to be replaced. They have rescheduled my service five times since the initial date because they continuously ordered the wrong part each time. I've had 3 technicians talk to me but only two of them were in person. One told me they had the wrong part right off the bat, before even coming out to check my car. The second told me he had the wrong part and said he'd throw in a complementary pair of wipers for them having to reschedule for the 4th time and then the last came out on the 12th and started to take my windshield out and found that I have a heated windshield and told me that he wouldn't be able to fix it and said that the manager would contact me to reschedule. I've called several times but haven't been able to speak to anyone. The manager has failed to call and reschedule or even attempted to get ahold of me about the situation. The service dates thus far have been December 15th, December 30th, January 10-my birthday- and the 12th-- have yet to hear about when the next appointment will be. But I have an important trip out of state on the 18th and made sure that the manager and the techs have been made aware of that. I feel awful for the technician that came all the way out to my job to fix it because he put in all that work just to have to come and tell me that he couldn't fix it. He was soo kind and so apologetic. He did a great job despite not being able to complete the job. I really hope that this can be resolved soon, until then my rating will stay the same and I will not be going through safelite again. Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very displeased with Safelite. I took my car to them for a windshield replacement and it had to be calibrated as well. I took vacation to go to this appointment. Upon arriving, no lights were on on my dash. After they get my car and I wait about an hour, the employee tells me my car didn’t pass the diagnostic scan and all the lights on my dash were on and the car threw about 20 different codes. They told me bc of that, the car couldn’t be calibrated and I’d need to go to the dealer to get my car repaired before I could replace my windshield. Which is insane, right? I made an appointment with the Honda dealership to repair my imaginary issues so I can get a new windshield, and wouldn’t you know the dealer ran a diagnostic scan and there were ZERO CODES SHOWING AND NO ISSUES. Thanks, Safelite, for wasting my time and money and I STILL DON’T HAVE A NEW WINDSHIELD. Service: Auto windshield replacement
