Not pleased at all, I rented a truck from Penske that Ipick up at Home Depot in Auburn Maine, it was raining, got home to start loading and noticed that the passenger seat was flooded, the roof was leaking ,so I called and they had to tow another truck to the house and pick up the first truck. Then, load the truck in the rain till 11:30pm cause I got delayed4 hours waiting for a truck, hooked the trailer on to haul my car and the trailer lights didn't work, so I called again, had to drive 2 hours out of my way to Scarborough Maine to Penske to get the lights fixed. At this point I was very upset, ! I will be calling them to complain, this stuff is not suppose to happen. ~Amy

I have rented a unit here several times, and each time I was met with professionalism, and kindness. Even when I hit hard times and had issues making my rent for the month, the staff was extremely understanding, empathetic to my situation and worked with me to make sure I didn't lose my property. They could have just sold my belongings off but rather they helped me when I needed it most. Roy I've come to know you by renting from you several times and working with you over the years.. Easy to rent and drop off. Overall a pleasant experience eXCEPT the windshield wipers were so worn we couldn't see through the windshield. I had to pull off. Since it was going to take a few hours on a cold and rainy night. You would think Uhaul would help with the additional expenses but they did not ~Beach

This place is a legitimate joke. Take your business anywhere else in Bowling Green area. We contacted them 3 weeks ago about getting a windshield and they still can’t get us an ETA. They said they had to order straight from the dealer since it’s a 2022. I contacted the dealer myself and was able to order the windshield in ONE DAY! Thanks to Triple Crown Auto Glass we were able to get this resolved with insurance. Safe lite will never get business from my family again. ~Alex

I check custom wheels and tires in the Nashville area, and they acted like it was a bother to ask questions or they would only tell you about certain products. KP Customs in Bowling Green, KY were awesome. They first listened, then they took as much time as you needed to make sure you will be happy with they service. Their prices were incredible compared to the big brand shops in Nashville. The wheels and tires came out more than I could of ever expected. Too bad I can not give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately if are a truck driver avoid this place you will treated very rudely esp. if your American and not Russian or Eastern European I parked here for a little bit while I searching for loads and was kicked off stating the truck parking was not for us truck drivers they are for the Russian/ European drivers only they said there signs on the building but I was too far away to read a tiny square sign luckily they kicked me out before I made the mistake of spending my money in a place that thinks so little of the American truck driver ~Marcus

I live close by so I go in every now and then. Only gave 3 stars because the friendliness is a hit and miss. I don't buy food there because to me it's just not that great. Some of the management team are gems, others not so much. ~Theresa
