Best truck rental agency in Bowling Green, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Not pleased at all, I rented a truck from Penske that Ipick up at Home Depot in Auburn Maine, it was raining, got home to start loading and noticed that the passenger seat was flooded, the roof was leaking ,so I called and they had to tow another truck to the house and pick up the first truck. Then, load the truck in the rain till 11:30pm cause I got delayed4 hours waiting for a truck, hooked the trailer on to haul my car and the trailer lights didn't work, so I called again, had to drive 2 hours out of my way to Scarborough Maine to Penske to get the lights fixed. At this point I was very upset, ! I will be calling them to complain, this stuff is not suppose to happen. ~Amy

Easy to rent and drop off. Overall a pleasant experience eXCEPT the windshield wipers were so worn we couldn't see through the windshield. I had to pull off. Since it was going to take a few hours on a cold and rainy night. You would think Uhaul would help with the additional expenses but they did not ~Beach
