These are good store and all the customers are nice

I live close by so I go in every now and then. Only gave 3 stars because the friendliness is a hit and miss. I don't buy food there because to me it's just not that great. Some of the management team are gems, others not so much.

I went in on my lunch break, ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders. I ate 1 and 1/2 pieces and had to go STRAIGHT to the bathroom. About 30 mins later, I had to go back to the restroom. I called them and told them what happened and asked for a refund, they told me no. I even told them that I would bring the rest of the meal back and was denied. The lady in charge told me that they had made a bunch of chicken today and that nobody has complained and that I should go to the emergency room. Basically saying that my complaint was without merit. Terrible costumer service. No way to treat a paying customer. IF I had the energy I would go to the emergency room and turn a $5.17 refund into HUNDREDS of dollars.

Always hated this store. Had a flat this morning and did not have any other option but to go here for air. The air pump was broken, went in after paying for it and the man working said he did not care and would not even give the quarters back from the machine. There is a reason this place sucks. I only gave one star because I could not go into the negative
